Return Policy:- We at Anishwar Furnitures, strive to make your purchase delightful and total. If you are not, we will help you to get there. Read our Exchange Policy carefully to understanding your rights and responsibilities.


1) Cancellations And Returns:- Cancellation of orders or some portion of orders must be made recorded as a hard copy, through email or Whatsapp, and until done as such, will remain an order. Dropped orders that have already been reserved or potentially stuffed might be permitted at Anishwar discretion. Whenever acknowledged a base re-loading expense of 30% applies. Dispatched orders cannot be returned because of the progress of the brain. Orders will be dropped at the discretion of Anishwar. Reasons for cancellations incorporate, yet are not restricted, to breach of Terms and Conditions, non-response by the buyer to Anishwar correspondence, and rejected/declined installments.

Anishwar handles returns and cycles refunds as per the Indian Consumer Protection Act.

  • Should you wish to return your order, it would be ideal if you tell us inside 24 Hours of procurement with a legitimate reason for return. On the off chance that we can't resolve your grumbling or further help you, we will deal with a refund upon opportune receipt of the products bought. All refunds are made at the discretion of Anishwar.
  • In case of recieving damaged product, our expert team will decide whether the product is eligible for Return/Refund or not. In case any part of product is damaged, then ONLY REPLACEMENT would be provided for that particular part.

Please Note:-  Minor Scratches or tears on the product will not be considered as damaged product. However our expert team will make sure that those scratches are taken care of.

5) Refund Policy:- Anishwar customers have 24 hours after receiving delivery* to request a return or make a claim by reaching our service group at care@Anishwar.in

The returned product(s) must be in Anishwar's ownership inside 24 hours from the date of receiving the delivery.
All product(s) returned must meet the accompanying conditions to be acknowledged:

  • Returned in unique bundling
  • Unique receipts and receipt
  • Every single included embellishment and parts
  • Not gathered or somewhat collected

6) In A Re-Sellable Condition:- In the event that a returned product is found not re-sellable by Anishwar (at its sole discretion), Anishwar reserves the option to credit just half or less of the product price paid by the purchaser.

  • Return deliveries must be requested first for authorization preceding returning the product(s). Unapproved returns won't be acknowledged. Purchasers are free to return the product(s) themselves to the selected warehouse during business hours to save money on re-delivery costs. On the off chance that the purchaser can't return the product(s) to the warehouse themselves, we can organize a collection from the designated address at the purchaser's cost.
